- You can apply for, receive, complete a Mail In Ballot, and vote at Chester County’s Government Services Building on Westtown Road in West Chester STARTING <TBA> and through Election Day.

- Election day drop boxes are open 7:00am-8:00pm
- Ballot Drop Boxes are open starting May
- Unless you are an Authorized Designated Agent, you are prohibited from returning anyone else’s ballot, even if that person is your spouse, parent, child, other relative, neighbor or friend. Request a Authorized Designated Agent form from Chester Couty voter services.
