Every four years during the same year as the PA gubernatorial election, elected Democratic Committeepersons from our 230 county precincts vote for leadership of the Chester County Democratic Committee (CCDC). In the June Reorganization Convention, a new Chair – Peter Urscheler; Vice Chair – Michelle Smith; Secretary – Kiernan Francke, and (returning) Treasurer – Ann McNally were elected. This leadership team will guide and direct CCDC for the next four pivotal years, beginning with the November 3, 2026 Midterms.
We also welcome 10 PA Democratic State Committee members who were elected during the May 19th Primary Election to represent Chester County in Harrisburg when the PA Dems meet and provide guidance for the state.
